Description

Delicious chocolate brownies topped with fluffy marshmallows and drizzled with a chocolate glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup (60 g) semisweet chocolate chips (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
  5. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-28 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows puff.
  9. Melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of butter to make the glaze; stir until smooth.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the marshmallow layer and let cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Avoid overmixing the batter to keep brownies fluffy. Use properly measured ingredients for the best results.
