- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/3 cup (60 g) semisweet chocolate chips (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until the center is set.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows on top. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows puff.
- Melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of butter to make the glaze; stir until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the marshmallow layer and let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the batter to keep brownies fluffy. Use properly measured ingredients for the best results.
