- 12 fresh strawberries, dried completely
- 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 24 mini pretzel sticks
- 12 mini marshmallows, sliced in half
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated, and allow the excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
- Quickly attach two mini pretzel sticks to each strawberry for legs and half a mini marshmallow on top as a ‘drumstick’.
- Let the chocolates set at room temperature or chill in the fridge until firm.
- Serve on a festive dessert board.
Notes
Work on a clean tray lined with parchment. This keeps the chocolate from sticking. Use dry strawberries to ensure chocolate adheres well.
