Description

Delicious chocolate dipped strawberries with pretzel legs and marshmallow drumsticks, perfect for parties and snacks.


Ingredients

  • 12 fresh strawberries, dried completely
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 24 mini pretzel sticks
  • 12 mini marshmallows, sliced in half

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
  2. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated, and allow the excess to drip off.
  3. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Quickly attach two mini pretzel sticks to each strawberry for legs and half a mini marshmallow on top as a ‘drumstick’.
  5. Let the chocolates set at room temperature or chill in the fridge until firm.
  6. Serve on a festive dessert board.

Notes
