Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with 1 cup of sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and spread evenly.
