- ½ cup unsalted roasted almonds
- ¼ cup unsalted roasted almonds
Instructions
- Line a small or medium baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper and set aside.
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium, microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring until smooth and fully melted.
- Fold in the almonds until well coated with chocolate.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into an even layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
- Once set, take the sheet out and let it reach room temperature.
- Carefully separate the chocolate from the paper and break or cut it into pieces.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
