- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1.5 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Mix the chocolate cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until smooth. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Stir together the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar until thick.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then spread the coconut mixture evenly over the warm surface.
- Heat heavy cream until it gently simmers. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 1 minute. Whisk until smooth and glossy, then stir in vanilla.
- Pour warm ganache over the coconut layer and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing.
