Description

A spicy and smoky breakfast sandwich made with eggs, cheese, and your choice of bacon or sausage, topped with chipotle sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheese (your choice)
  • 2 slices of bacon or sausage patty
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 2 slices of bread or an English muffin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for toasting

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Crack the eggs into the same skillet, using the bacon fat, and cook until desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread or English muffin in the skillet with a bit of butter until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by layering eggs, cheese, bacon or sausage, and chipotle sauce between the slices of bread.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy your hearty breakfast!

Notes

For added veggies, you can include slices of tomato or spinach. For a milder flavor, substitute chipotle sauce with smoked paprika.
