Description
A spicy and smoky breakfast sandwich made with eggs, cheese, and your choice of bacon or sausage, topped with chipotle sauce.

- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of cheese (your choice)
- 2 slices of bacon or sausage patty
- 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
- 2 slices of bread or an English muffin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- Cook bacon or sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Crack the eggs into the same skillet, using the bacon fat, and cook until desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread or English muffin in the skillet with a bit of butter until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering eggs, cheese, bacon or sausage, and chipotle sauce between the slices of bread.
- Serve warm and enjoy your hearty breakfast!
Notes
For added veggies, you can include slices of tomato or spinach. For a milder flavor, substitute chipotle sauce with smoked paprika.
