Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Mince garlic and ginger, and slice cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook the beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add aromatics: Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for an additional minute.
  5. Add cabbage: Toss in the sliced cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly wilted.
  6. Finish with sauce: Pour in the soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve: Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and top with chopped green onions.
