Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the spinach, cooking until wilted.
