- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in the spinach, cooking until wilted.
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the sautéed mushroom and spinach mixture over the chicken.
- Pour heavy cream over the top and sprinkle shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
