- 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 cup Provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hoagie rolls, as needed
Instructions
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Cook the chicken: Add the sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
