Description

A delicious and protein-rich bowl combining crispy chicken, marinara sauce, and cottage cheese, topped with Parmesan and fresh basil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in olive oil, then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  5. Combine cottage cheese and marinara sauce in a bowl.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, slice and add to the bowl.
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Avoid freezing as texture may change.
