- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken in olive oil, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Combine cottage cheese and marinara sauce in a bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked, slice and add to the bowl.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Avoid freezing as texture may change.
