Description

A protein-rich Chicken Parm Cottage Cheese Bowl with crispy chicken, marinara sauce, and creamy cottage cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip the chicken in olive oil, then coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  5. Combine cottage cheese and marinara sauce in a bowl.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, slice and add it to the bowl.
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, consider dipping the chicken in an egg wash before coating with breadcrumbs.
