- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken in olive oil, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Combine cottage cheese and marinara sauce in a bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice and add it to the bowl.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For an extra crispy crust, consider dipping the chicken in an egg wash before coating with breadcrumbs.
