Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower rice, shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
