Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place a chicken breast on a flat surface, season with salt and pepper, and place a slice of ham and cheese on top.
- Roll the chicken breast tightly and secure it with toothpicks.
- Dredge the rolled chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and brown the chicken on all sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before removing toothpicks and slicing to serve.
Notes
Serve with roasted vegetables, a light salad, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
