Ingredients

- 1 large tortilla
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla.
- Add shredded chicken, avocado slices, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. For best taste, add avocado just before serving.
