Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a surface and add a portion of the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the burritos for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- Serve immediately or prepare for meal prep by wrapping in foil.
