Description

Delicious Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos filled with tender chicken, creamy avocado, and zesty ranch dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a surface and add a portion of the chicken mixture.
  3. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the burritos for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
