Description

A creamy, rich Chicken Alfredo Pasta that’s a family favorite and easy to prepare at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, and toss to combine.
  6. Serve with a garnish of chopped parsley.

Notes

Don’t overcook the chicken, and use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
