A creamy, rich Chicken Alfredo Pasta that’s a family favorite and easy to prepare at home.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, season chicken with salt and pepper, and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, and toss to combine.
- Serve with a garnish of chopped parsley.
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken, and use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
