Description

A fun and tasty dish that combines the creamy goodness of Alfredo sauce with the comfort of monkey bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the diced cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Toss biscuit pieces in melted butter, then layer them in the bundt pan, alternating with the chicken mixture. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool for a few minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overbake and ensure to grease the pan well to avoid sticking.
