- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate glaze (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix together the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.
- Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before drizzling with chocolate glaze.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes if cookies spread too much while baking.
