- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the sausage mixture to the potatoes and mix everything well.
- Pour the potato and sausage mixture into a baking dish and top it with the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
