Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Add the sausage mixture to the potatoes and mix everything well.
  6. Pour the potato and sausage mixture into a baking dish and top it with the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
