Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (your choice of pork or turkey)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, biscuit mix, milk, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Mix everything until well combined; the mixture should be thick but manageable.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
