- 1 pound sausage (your choice of pork or turkey)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, biscuit mix, milk, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined; the mixture should be thick but manageable.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
