- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 8 ounces fusilli pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs on all sides in a large skillet.
- Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- Mix together the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and meatballs in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
