Description

A delightful dish combining juicy meatballs, creamy mozzarella, and tasty marinara sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces fusilli pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  3. Brown the meatballs on all sides in a large skillet.
  4. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  5. Mix together the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, and meatballs in a baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
