Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
