- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, or other desired toppings
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper; stir to combine.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in a heated pan or griddle.
- Cook until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Slice in half and serve warm, optionally with lettuce, tomato, or your preferred toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze individually wrapped.
