- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and warm through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and layer with the warm chicken mixture, lettuce, tomato, and a generous amount of cheese.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Cook the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in the skillet until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
