Ingredients
4 ears fresh corn, husked
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened or melted
2–3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or chives
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, or mix)
1 tbsp heavy cream or mayo (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F or heat grill to medium.
2. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, paprika, chili, salt, and herbs.
3. Brush corn generously with garlic butter mixture.
4. Oven: Roast for 20–25 min, turning halfway. Grill: Cook 10–15 min, turning often.
5. In the last 5 minutes, top with cheese. Broil for extra melt if using oven.
6. Remove and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter. Serve hot.

Use a combo of cheeses for depth.
