Description

Warm, cheesy crescent rolls stuffed with creamy chicken and cheddar, perfect for busy nights and potlucks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 to 3 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, black pepper, and optional garlic powder or parsley; mix well.
  4. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles, laying them flat.
  5. Place one tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll each triangle from wide to tip, tucking in the sides, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown; let cool before serving.

Notes

Don’t overfill the crescent rolls to prevent leaking. Use soft cream cheese for smooth filling.
