- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 green onions, sliced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: garlic powder or dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, black pepper, and optional garlic powder or parsley; mix well.
- Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles, laying them flat.
- Place one tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from wide to tip, tucking in the sides, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown; let cool before serving.
Notes
Don’t overfill the crescent rolls to prevent leaking. Use soft cream cheese for smooth filling.
