Description

A delicious and creamy broccoli casserole that is sure to please both kids and adults, perfect as a side or main dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until just tender, approximately 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in steamed broccoli and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing and taste the mixture before baking to adjust seasoning as needed.
