- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until just tender, approximately 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in steamed broccoli and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing and taste the mixture before baking to adjust seasoning as needed.
