Description

A comforting cheesy broccoli dish that combines healthy broccoli with creamy cheddar and parmesan, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Mix in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine the steamed broccoli and cheese sauce in a baking dish, stirring gently to coat all the broccoli.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.

Notes
