- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the steamed broccoli and cheese sauce in a baking dish, stirring gently to coat all the broccoli.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Do not overcook the broccoli. You can add spices or other veggies as variations.
