A creamy and cheesy casserole that’s easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups egg noodles (uncooked)
- 1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook the noodles according to the manufacturer’s instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef with the pepper and garlic. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess pan drippings from the meat.
- Add the soup mix, condensed soup, and milk to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir and cook over medium heat until well combined and starting to bubble. Turn off the heat.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the beef mixture and gently stir to combine.
- Pour everything into a small baking dish (1.5-2 quart) and top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
