- 8 oz Cheese tortellini
- 1 lb Sliced steak
- 8 oz Provolone cheese
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté the onions and bell peppers in olive oil over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- Add minced garlic and sliced steak to the skillet and cook until steak is browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Create the creamy sauce by lowering the heat and stirring in heavy cream and provolone cheese until melted.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce, gently tossing to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir one last time.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional provolone cheese if desired.
