- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth to make the cheesecake filling.
- Take a spoonful of cookie dough, flatten it, add a dollop of cheesecake filling, and cover it with another spoonful of dough. Roll into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
