- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Gently wash and dry the strawberries, then hull them to create a cavity.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, then add sugar gradually until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and lemon juice to the mixture and beat until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the filling into each strawberry or use a piping bag for a decorative touch.
- Coat the tops of the filled strawberries with graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
