Description
Delicious cheeseburger sliders paired with crispy fries, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 small slider buns
- 12 slices of cheese (American or your choice)
- Pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce (for toppings)
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Optional: paprika or garlic powder for seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
- Toss the potato strips with vegetable oil and salt (add paprika or garlic powder if you like).
- Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well until combined.
- Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts and form small patties.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt the cheese.
- Cut the slider buns in half and toast them lightly if preferred.
- Place each cheesy patty on the bottom half of a slider bun. Add toppings like pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve the sliders hot alongside the crispy fries.
Notes
Toast the buns lightly to enhance texture and prevent sogginess.
