Description

Delicious cheeseburger sliders paired with crispy fries, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 small slider buns
  • 12 slices of cheese (American or your choice)
  • Pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce (for toppings)
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: paprika or garlic powder for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
  3. Toss the potato strips with vegetable oil and salt (add paprika or garlic powder if you like).
  4. Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well until combined.
  6. Divide the mixture into 12 equal parts and form small patties.
  7. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
  8. Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking and cover to melt the cheese.
  9. Cut the slider buns in half and toast them lightly if preferred.
  10. Place each cheesy patty on the bottom half of a slider bun. Add toppings like pickles, tomatoes, and lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun.
  11. Serve the sliders hot alongside the crispy fries.

Notes

Toast the buns lightly to enhance texture and prevent sogginess.
