- 4 cups Chicken Broth

- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

- 1 cup Matchstick Carrots
- 1 1/2 cups Uncooked Macaroni Noodles

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Add diced onion to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, cooking for 1-2 minutes while stirring. Gradually whisk in chicken broth until smooth and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add Italian seasoning and paprika.
- Add matchstick carrots and macaroni, ensuring pasta is submerged. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle cheese over soup, and let sit for 1 minute before stirring until melted. Serve hot.
