- 2 pounds ground beef
- 28 oz shoestring French fries
- 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onions

Instructions
- Cook the French fries until they are crisp according to the package directions, around 20-25 minutes, and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large skillet, brown ground beef with diced onion for 7-10 minutes. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; drain excess grease.
- Add cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup to the cooked beef, mixing until well combined.
- Grease a 7×11 inch baking dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly across the bottom. Layer crispy French fries on top and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and a pinch of black pepper to make the sauce.
- Once the casserole is out of the oven, drizzle the sauce over the top, serve warm, and enjoy!
