Description

A hearty casserole combining the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with crispy French fries, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • â…“ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • â…“ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 28–32 oz frozen French fries
  • Optional: diced pickles

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef with diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully browned, then drain excess grease.
  2. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce; stir and cook briefly to blend flavors.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill pickle relish until smooth.
  4. Stir the sauce into the beef mixture and simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  6. Arrange frozen French fries evenly on top.
  7. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and bake for 30–40 minutes until fries are golden.

Notes

Let cool completely before storing leftovers. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
