A hearty casserole combining the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with crispy French fries, perfect for family meals.

- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- â…“ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- â…“ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 28–32 oz frozen French fries
- Optional: diced pickles
Instructions
- Brown the beef with diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully browned, then drain excess grease.
- Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce; stir and cook briefly to blend flavors.
- In a bowl, whisk together ketchup, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, and dill pickle relish until smooth.
- Stir the sauce into the beef mixture and simmer for 2–3 minutes to thicken.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish and top with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Arrange frozen French fries evenly on top.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and bake for 30–40 minutes until fries are golden.
Notes
Let cool completely before storing leftovers. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
