Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple and chopped cranberries. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
