- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 can biscuit dough
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add shredded cheddar to the cooked beef and mix until cheese begins to melt.
- Prepare the biscuit dough by separating and flattening each biscuit.
- Fill each biscuit with a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture, fold and seal to form balls.
- Arrange the balls seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
- Make topping by mixing melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley; brush over the balls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For best results, seal the biscuit edges tightly to avoid leakage. Feel free to customize with spices or cheese variations.
