Description

Cheddar Beef Bombs combine ground beef and cheesy goodness into bite-sized treats, perfect for game days or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 can biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Add shredded cheddar to the cooked beef and mix until cheese begins to melt.
  5. Prepare the biscuit dough by separating and flattening each biscuit.
  6. Fill each biscuit with a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture, fold and seal to form balls.
  7. Arrange the balls seam side down on a lined baking sheet.
  8. Make topping by mixing melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley; brush over the balls.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For best results, seal the biscuit edges tightly to avoid leakage. Feel free to customize with spices or cheese variations.
