Description

A fluffy pancake-like dish combining bacon and cheese, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips Beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Place a cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat up for about 5 minutes.
  4. Once the skillet is hot, add the butter and swirl it around to coat the bottom.
  5. Pour the batter into the hot skillet.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the Dutch Baby is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious creation!
