- 4 Large eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 strips Beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and pepper until you have a smooth batter.
- Place a cast-iron skillet in the oven to heat up for about 5 minutes.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the butter and swirl it around to coat the bottom.
- Pour the batter into the hot skillet.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the Dutch Baby is puffed and golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious creation!
