Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Add mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix with milk and water until just combined.
  6. Spoon the biscuit mixture over the beef layer.
