- 1 cup diced onions

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onions over medium heat until the beef is browned; drain excess fat.
- Add mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup, seasoning with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Cheddar Bay biscuit mix with milk and water until just combined.
- Spoon the biscuit mixture over the beef layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
