Description
A delicious and low-carb twist on traditional pizza with a crispy cauliflower crust.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Rinse the cauliflower and chop it into florets. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain the cauliflower and let it cool slightly.
- Once cooled, rice the cauliflower using a food processor or grater.
- In a bowl, mix the riced cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish to form a crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Remove from the oven, spread marinara sauce on top, add toppings, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crispy crust, reheat leftovers in the oven.
