- Noodles (egg or rice)
- 1 lb Chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 cups Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Ginger (minced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown and no longer pink.
- Pour in honey and soy sauce, stirring to coat the chicken.
- Add fresh vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the mixture in the pan, mixing thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a variation, try adding nuts or substituting chicken with shrimp, beef, or tofu.
