Description

A quick and flavorful weeknight meal featuring tender chicken, savory soy sauce, and crunchy vegetables stir-fried with noodles.


Ingredients

  • Noodles (egg or rice)
  • 1 lb Chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until golden brown and no longer pink.
  5. Pour in honey and soy sauce, stirring to coat the chicken.
  6. Add fresh vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Combine the cooked noodles with the mixture in the pan, mixing thoroughly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a variation, try adding nuts or substituting chicken with shrimp, beef, or tofu.
