Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the diced apples, caramel sauce, and cinnamon and mix well.
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut into 4-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush egg wash over the tops and sprinkle with sugar.
