Description

This delightful bread combines the flavors of a classic apple fritter with the moistness of a loaf, featuring sweet caramel and warm cinnamon.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients gradually, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
  6. Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan, drizzle with caramel sauce, then add the remaining batter on top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Wrap the bread in plastic wrap to keep it fresh. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
