- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients gradually, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan, drizzle with caramel sauce, then add the remaining batter on top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Wrap the bread in plastic wrap to keep it fresh. It can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
