- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well each time.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon until well combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve with vanilla ice cream, coffee or tea, whipped cream, or additional caramel sauce for a delightful treat.
