Description

Delightful bars that combine creamy cheesecake with the flavors of caramel and crisp apples, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together, then press into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well each time.
  4. Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon until well combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars and serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream, coffee or tea, whipped cream, or additional caramel sauce for a delightful treat.
