Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Insert wooden skewers into the tops.
- Melt the caramel in a microwave or on the stove until smooth.
- Dip each apple in the melted caramel, letting excess drip off.
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Dip caramel-coated apples in melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Roll chocolate-covered apples in crushed graham crackers.
- Place apples on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set before serving.
