Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Insert wooden skewers into the tops.
  2. Melt the caramel in a microwave or on the stove until smooth.
  3. Dip each apple in the melted caramel, letting excess drip off.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
  5. Dip caramel-coated apples in melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  6. Roll chocolate-covered apples in crushed graham crackers.
  7. Place apples on a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set before serving.
