Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows gently.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm!
