A delicious twist on the classic Sloppy Joe, combining the spice of Cajun seasoning with tender ground chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the diced onion and bell pepper over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the ground chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until the chicken is fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow the mixture to thicken for a few minutes.
- Serve the Cajun chicken mixture on hamburger buns and garnish with fresh parsley.
