Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Bring the broth to a boil in a pot. Add the rice with a pinch of salt, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the caramelized onions. Season with pepper and adjust salt if needed.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
