Description

Delightful cookies that are soft, chewy, and filled with rich chocolate morsels and crunchy toffee pieces.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
  • ½ cup toffee pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
