- 1 cup salted butter, softened
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate morsels
- ½ cup toffee pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate morsels and toffee pieces.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with a fork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Allow the cookies to cool completely on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
